Lal is originally from the town of Granard, County Longford, in Ireland and now lives in Mullingar, County Westmeath. He is a member of one of Ireland’s most highly regarded musical families and has spent his entire life writing and performing music.
In the past Lal has worked alongside many leading figures in the music industry, performing on stage and composing songs. Now he has finally found the time to record his own solo album, 'You're the One'.
